Once your Request for Quotation arrives, your Account Manager assigns an RFQ ID, logs the timestamp, and confirms the requested delivery window. If our sourcing specialists need clarifications — regarding part numbers, specs, or lead times — they’ll reach out directly by phone or email to resolve everything quickly.
2In Production
Order confirmed, production begins at the supplier.
Once specs and timelines are approved, your order enters production. We monitor every step with the supplier to ensure quality, precision, and adherence to your deadlines. Any changes or supplier-side issues are communicated proactively.
3Quality Check
Each item is visually and functionally inspected.
Photographs are taken during each inspection stage and shared via email. Our team oversees checks for part integrity, quantity accuracy, and packaging suitability — ensuring all components meet the expected standards before shipping.
4In Transit
Tracked at each checkpoint, with regular updates.
We provide regular updates via email or phone, covering departure, customs clearance, hub arrivals, and final dispatch. If customs delays or carrier issues arise, we proactively contact you to resolve them fast and protect your delivery timeline.
